President

The President is responsible for the day-to-day running of the club, its relations with Oxford University and with other dancesport clubs around the country.

Vice President

The Vice President assists the President in the running of the club, with particular responsibility for organising club classes, medals examinations, and social events.

Secretary

The Secretary handles the 'paperwork' and administration of the club, including maintaining the register of members, organising Committee meetings and preparing minutes and agendas for those meetings, and reporting to the University Proctors any changes within the club that they require to be informed of.

Treasurer

The Treasurer handles the club's finances, paying for venues and coaches, collecting membership subscriptions, and generally balancing the books.

Webmaster

The Wembaster maintains the club's website and IT system, including its mailing lists, Facebook groups, and online services.

Publicity Officer

The Publicity Officer promotes the club's activities in and around Oxford, organising the Freshers' Fair stalls, Demonstration events, and other promotional activities.
